“The United African University of Tanzania Student Organization” (UAUTSO) is a student Association in the University of which all students are automatically members by registration. The UAUTSO is under the mentorship of the Office of Dean of Students. The UAUTSO serves as a forum for the expression of student opinion, they are important link between students and University Management. Student leadership also coordinate programs and services to ensure students development and encourage an active campus life for student by providing opportunities for co-curricular involvement.

Staff members are available to work with student leaders to assist event planning, or other issues related to their students organization.
