Dr. Kyung Chul Kam recently conducted an on-site inspection of campus facilities, including lecture halls, student dormitories, and other key infrastructure, to assess maintenance and improvement needs. He meticulously examined the ongoing remodeling of the single-room guesthouse, male and female dormitories, the newly constructed Baraka Hall, and various student welfare facilities, providing detailed guidelines for facility management. During the inspection, Chancellor Dr. Kam instructed Architect Missionary Jong Gil Kim and Head of General Affairs Hyun Seok Kim to expedite the renovation of the aging dormitories and requested that the guesthouse remodeling

The acquisition and operation of United African University of Tanzania (UAUT) by CTS was made possible through the deep interest and unwavering dedication of Rev.
