EXPERTISE

Prof. John is a dynamic results-oriented social scientist with than 45 years of work experience in the higher education sector in Tanzania and in the UK mainly as university senior lecturer but also as a senior university administrator. John, has accumulated a vast amount of both soft and technical skills in corporate governance & leadership, performance management, corporate finance, and ICT.

Most importantly, John is a professional consultant who has been successfully leading consortiums of researchers and consultants in undertaking several assignments for the past fifteen years.

John has also a practical knowledge of public financial management (PFM) systems, Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), and Public physical assets management (PAM).

Remarkably, John has severally been involved in numerous research and consultancy assignments in both the public and private sectors.

PUBLICATION

In addition to university leadership, lectureship, research and consultancy assignments, John has an accumulation of scholarly output which include publication of two text books and several articles in local and international Journals. The two books are:
