Prof. John is a dynamic results-oriented social scientist with than 45 years of work experience in the higher education sector in Tanzania and in the UK mainly as university senior lecturer but also as a senior university administrator. John, has accumulated a vast amount of both soft and technical skills in corporate governance & leadership, performance management, corporate finance, currently he serves as Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Planning, Finance and Administration at UAUT.
